With China's economic development and scientific technology innovation and new discovery, nowadays, public is asking more for transport service. Safe, comfortable, fast, convenient are the main requirements of public to deal with fast-paced daily life and works. In China, the dominant form of transportation still is land transportation while water transport and air transportation takes a certain portion. In recent 20 years, Chinese high-speed road, super highways, passenger railways, intercity railways; railway express, urban metro and city transportation experienced a high speed development. During the years there are a lots advanced concepts E.g.: "Replace curves by directly line" "Dig holes through hills" and "Build tunnel under city ground" were applied to transportation construction. With the increase of underground works and tunnel construction, it is showing more risks and more construction difficulties during those years. The native characteristic of underground works and tunnel construction is exactly different from ground works. Issues as mechanical deformation, poor geological condition and high technology demand dramatically increase the risk ratio.
